Relativity Media has secured the rights to Warren Skeels’ true crime thriller, ”The Man in the White Van”, for a wide theatrical release on October 11. Produced in collaboration with Garrison Film and the fan-supported entertainment company Legion M, we are excited to reveal the eerie new poster for the film.
Drawing from a series of true events that gripped the nation in the 1970s, the film portrays a spine-tingling tale of a young girl’s harrowing ordeal, embodying every parent’s worst fears. These real-life incidents have forever linked unmarked cargo vans with terror for countless young people, reinforcing the chilling legacy of ‘the man in the white van.’

The cast features Sean Astin (”The Lord of the Rings trilogy”, ”Stranger Things”), Ali Larter (”ABC’s The Rookie”, ”Final Destination”), Madison Wolfe (”The Conjuring 2”), Brec Bassinger (”CW’s Stargirl”), Gavin Warren (”Night Swim”), and Skai Jackson (”Jessie”). ”The Man in the White Van” explores the nightmarish experiences of Annie Williams (Wolfe), a vibrant young girl whose life is upended when she becomes the target of a sinister figure in a white van.
Despite her tendency to embellish stories, Annie’s parents dismiss her fears, culminating in a terrifying Halloween night.
“I am excited to partner with Relativity Media to bring this crucial story to the screen,” said writer and director Warren Skeels. “I deeply appreciate this talented cast and crew. We have worked meticulously to ensure this story is told with the utmost respect for those who endured these horrific events. Our goal is to highlight a dark chapter of the 1970s and the extraordinary tale of one girl’s unimaginable encounter with a serial killer.”

Horror Story – The Porcelain Whisperer
A forgotten relic in the basement awakes, beckoning the eldest daughter into the darkness. The old Victorian house on Elm Street always felt a little too big for the Miller family, and definitely too quiet at night. During the day, it was full of life. Mommy (Sarah) was always baking or working in her home office, while Daddy (Tom) was busy fixing things that constantly broke in the aging structure. Six-year-old Lily filled the hallways with laughter, usually chased by Barnaby, their lazy orange tabby, and Luna, a sleek black cat who seemed to see things no one else did.[Horror Story] Fourteen-year-old Elara, however, found the house unsettling. It started a month after they moved in. At first, Elara thought it was just the wind whistling through the old chimney. It was a faint sound, barely a scratch on the […]

Horror Story – The Midwife of Blackwood Creek
Disclaimer: The following narrative is constructed from a collection of recovered journals, police transcripts from the fateful night of February 12, 1998, and interviews with the surviving family members. To protect their privacy, names and specific locations in West Virginia have been altered Part I: The Isolation The isolation of the Appalachian Mountains is deceptive. In the summer, it feels like a green, lush embrace. But in the dead of winter, when the trees are stripped bare and look like skeletal fingers clawing at the grey sky, it feels like a cage. For Sarah and David, the farmhouse on Blackwood Creek was supposed to be their sanctuary. Purchased for a suspiciously low price in the late autumn of 1997, it sat on forty acres of dense pine forest, miles away from the nearest paved road. Sarah was eight months pregnant, […]

‘The Mummy’ Lee Cronin and Blumhouse Resurrect the Classic Monster for an April 2026 Release
The director of Evil Dead Rise is bringing a terrifying, horror-first approach to The Mummy, leaving the action-adventure style behind. Universal Pictures is taking another stab at their classic monsters, and for The Mummy (2026), they have recruited one of the most exciting voices in modern horror: Lee Cronin. After the massive success of Evil Dead Rise, Cronin has been tapped to write and direct a new version of The Mummy, set for release on April 17, 2026. This is not a sequel to the Brendan Fraser films, nor is it related to the Tom Cruise flop. This The Mummy is pure nightmare fuel. Lee Cronin has publicly stated that his vision for The Mummy is "dark, scary, and violent." Gone are the campy one-liners; The Mummy (2026) returns to the character's roots as a figure of undead dread. The […]

Call Me Nothing A Poetic Descent into Inner Chaos
A psychological thriller that dares to explore the raw truth of mental illness and memory There are films that entertain, others that disturb, and a rare few that manage to alter the emotional rhythm of the viewer. Call Me Nothing , directed by the visionary Mark Andrew Bowers, belongs to that last category. It’s a cinematic experience that transforms the psychological thriller into an intimate exploration of trauma, memory, and identity. Rather than follow a traditional narrative, Call Me Nothing plunges into the mind of a woman shattered by her past. The story unfolds through fragments—distorted memories, internal voices, recurring symbols, and spaces that breathe pain. The viewer doesn’t observe from a distance; they inhabit the chaos alongside her. What sets this film apart is its unflinching and honest portrayal of mental health disorders. The protagonist doesn’t just face the […]

Review of “Trap” – M. Night Shyamalan’s Thrilling Game of Deception
''Trap'' Unraveling the Mystery - How Shyamalan’s Latest Film Keeps You Guessing Until the Very End M. Night Shyamalan's latest venture into the world of suspense, "Trap," is far from the straightforward thriller one might expect. Although the marketing hints at a predictable twist, Shyamalan’s approach to this Hitchcockian-inspired film is anything but conventional. The plot, which reveals early on that a pop concert is a trap designed to ensnare a serial killer, may initially appear to give away the film's central twist. However, this revelation is merely a starting point for a deeper, intricately woven narrative of psychological games and suspense. Josh Hartnett stars as Cooper, a seemingly affable and well-meaning father whose dedication to his teenage daughter, Riley (played by Ariel Donoghue), is marked by his endearing array of dad jokes. Riley’s excitement for the concert of the […]

“Rest in Peace” – Review
"Rest in Peace" is a film that promises an intriguing premise but unfortunately falls short in its execution. The story revolves around a plot that, on paper, seems ripe with potential for suspense and drama. However, the film's realization of this potential is significantly hindered by several critical flaws. One of the most glaring issues with "Rest in Peace" is the acting. The performances feel empty and lack the realism needed to engage the audience. Characters who should be compelling and multi-dimensional instead come across as flat and unconvincing. This lack of believable character portrayal makes it difficult for viewers to invest emotionally in the story or care about the characters' fates. Adding to the film's woes is its pacing. "Rest in Peace" is a very slow film, and not in a way that builds tension or atmosphere. Instead, the […]
